Are Your Rigs Made, Your Reels Clean?

By now you should have some rigs made, your reels clean and greased and ready for new line. You should have been starting that boat motor at least once every two weeks and the hubs greased. Don’t forget to put a little air in the tires. It’s been a little slow this past week with all the bad weather. If anyone has any good pictures please email them to us at seagullbt@bellsouth.net or if you just want to tell us about fishing, contact us. We will be glad to get the story in the paper. We at Seagull, or should I say Karen and I, have decided to get more frequent fishing done. We are tired of missing out and besides, someone has to catch that twenty-one pound flounder, therefore we are retiring from business. The store and land are for sale and if you are interested you can call Betsy McQuillen at Walker Realty (458-3388) for more info. We will still be telling you all the local news about fishing and gathering pictures via Internet and other local fishing stores. We will keep you up-to-date on the Boston Mackerel with warmer than normal temperatures. They should be in early this year. In fact I’ve heard there are some biting about thirty miles out offshore. Keep fishin and releasin… Steve and Karen Labanec 910-458-7135
