Wahoo Rules The Gulf Stream

We are getting close to the biggest surf-fishing event on the coast. Coming October 7, 8, and 9th and the fishing is great. The proof is in the pictures. All the fish we are seeing coming in from the surf are uniform. It?s going to be a very fair and open shot at winning as usual. Fishing is excellent right now with lots of Blue Fish in the one to three pound range and lots of Puppy Drum in the twenty-seven inch range. There are some Trout around along with lots of Whiting. The only fish lacking is Black Drum. Both fishing piers are having some small Spot runs and plenty of Whiting and Blues along with a few Flounder. Offshore, Wahoo rule the Gulf Stream and anyone heading to the stream can count on catching some real big Wahoo and Tuna. The wrecks and reefs are holding lots of Grey Trout and some nice Flounder. Even with the warmer water temperatures, fishing is great. So spend a day on the beach or even an entire weekend. Keep fishin and releasin… Steve and Karen Labanec Seagull Bait and Tackle
