Over the past week we have had some great trips. We have averaged several 12 to 18 fish redfish day, with the slow days being 9 to 10 reds. These trips have also had a few flounder and trout added to the mix. The trout have been nice size 18 to 20 inch fish. In the ocean we have caught lots of spanish and bluefish. The kings and cobia have been cruising the coast following the schools of menhaden. Now is a great time to go inshore fishing in Carolina beach, Wrightsville beach, Bald Head Island, or Southport.
