In the river, waterways, & bays catching speckled & gray trout, a few flounder, & red drum. In the Cape Fear having very good catches of Virginia mullet. Still up around Wilmington catching some striped bass & red drum. Next week we will be having pier reports now that the piers are open again. The water temperature is up around 63 degrees which is great for this time of year. This is why we are having such good catches this early. Get your fishing gear in order to get in on the action.
