Carolina Beach Inlet A Great Place To Catch A Big Flounder

Everything is biting right now. The river is producing Flounder and Puppy Drum. Some real big Speckled Trout are still holding up at the southern end of the river. Snow’s Cut is still giving up some nice size Flounder. The Carolina Beach Inlet is also a great place to catch a big Flounder. The surf is still full of Whiting, Blue Fish, small Flounder and Pompano. Offshore fishing is producing some nce catches of Spanish and King Mackerel and other species. Check out the Hogfish caught by Danny Foreman aboard the Winner Queen. It’s an 18 lb. 6 oz. Hogfish. Just 15 oz. off the world record.
