On the piers a few spots, blowfish, Virginia mullet, croaker, pompano, small flounder, puppy drum, black drum, & blues.
In the surf pompano, Virginia mullet, a few red & black drum, bluefish, blowfish, some small flounder, & speckled trout.
Inshore gray trout, speckled trout, bluefish, flounder, blowfish, red & black drum, black bass, pigfish, & a few spots.
Offshore on the bottom black bass, red & gag grouper, scampi, grunt, snapper, & ringtail
Fishing tip of the week: Blowfish or some call them pufferfish are one of my favorite fish to eat. For those of you that have never tried blowfish you won’t believe how nice the meat looks & taste. This fish is very easy to clean. Make a 1/4 inch cut at the back of the head. Then slide a finger under the skin toward the back of the fish. You will see a large white chunk of meat. Just invert the fish, & there it is. Try it you’ll be glad you did. Keep fishing & stay safe.
