Carolina Explorer 9-2-10 fishing report. Lots of redfish, flounder, trout and shrimp.

I am still running my 275.o0 Cbfishing special.  If you are by yourself then call for great 1 or 2 person rates.  Here is the report.  We have been slaying the redfish on live minnows and lures.  If you like to lure fish we are catching the reds on topwater, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and jigs with paddle tail minnows. If you want to kick back and relax, then we will throw some live bait out and bent the rod, quick like.  The flounder bite has been sporadic, we are still catching a few a trip.  Live mullet is the best for flounder. The trout are showing up and this fisihing will only get better.

On a different note, if you want to fill you coolers with shrimp, give me a call 910-264-1807.  We can do a shrimping charter.  Look at the pics below and call for details.  The shrimp are nice size and taste great.

Lynn, I will post the pics of the 15 redfish day here, as soon as you send the pics. Thanks man, look foward to fishing with you next year.

Mrs. Smith with a great Carolina Beach redfish.  She caught the 1st fish and never looked back.  She was serious, look at her gloves.

Mr and Mrs Smith with some great redfish. We caught 16 this day and had a blast.  We also caught lizardfish, baby grouper, and a few small flounder.  Plenty of action for everyone.

Tommy and Ray with a tote full of shrimp.  We guess it was close to 80lbs on this drag.  If you want to do a seafood trip for shrimp, give me a call 910-264-1807.

Enough shrimp here to make Bubba Gump happy, shimp creole, BBQ shrimp, shrimp gumbo, etc……….

Call and ask for the Cbfishing special or book a shrimping trip.  You will have a good time on either one.

Thanks for reading the report.
