Big red drum are being caught in the backwaters of the Cape Fear River,Guy Gruber caught this over the slot size red drum fishing with Capt.Mike Dennis on June10,2011. This large red drum hit an 8″ live menhaden on a Carolina Rig,really hard fighting fish on light tackle.
