Cape Fear Guide Fishing Report

Cape Fear Guide is reporting  fishing action along the lower Cape Fear River is happening now,the bite is steadily improving with the cooler than normal  temperatures.
This past week we had several weather fronts to pass through the Cape Fear Region causing the bite to be slowed, but that’s part of fishing.Red Drum,flounder,speckle trout,are being caught in the smaller creeks just off the river.
Capt.Mike Dennis offers some of the best hands on inshore guided charters in the Cape Fear Region,fishing on a weekly basis his charters are highly successful.
Red Drum are one of North Carolina’s most valuable fishing resources,I abide by all North Carolina size & creel limits,releasing fish after the limits are reached.
