On the piers catching King Mackerel, super size bluefish in the 8 to 12 lb. range, flounder, Virginia mullet, small croakers, & sharks.

On the surf catching some nice size bluefish, flounder, red drum, & Virginia mullet.

In the waterways, bays, & river catching some nice size red drum, a few black drum, flounder, bluefish, Virginia mullet, small black bass, a few blowfish, small croakers, sharks, & stingrays. The water temperature is in the mid 70’s which is much warmer than usual for this time of year.

We are already having better catches than normal & this warm water should bring the bait fish in earlier than usual. I think we are going to have an awesome spring & summer of fishing because of this. Keep fishing & stay safe.
